Meet Nada Abass! A Sto­ry All About Explo­ring Dif­fe­rent Cul­tu­res, Stu­dying, and Con­nec­tions

Nada Abass is ori­gi­nal­ly from Egypt and cur­rent­ly living in Fin­land. She is pur­suing her mas­ter’s degree in Digi­tal Mar­ke­ting and Cor­po­ra­te Com­mu­nica­tions at Uni­ver­si­ty of Jyväs­ky­lä.

Nada’s jour­ney took a fasci­na­ting turn when she had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to beco­me a Com­mu­nica­tion Trai­nee at Business­Oulu and Inter­na­tio­nal House Oulu.

In her role, Nada met people from all around the world. She got to learn about their ideas, cul­tu­res, and inno­va­tion. Eve­ry day brought somet­hing new to learn and explo­re.

What tru­ly stood out for Nada was the genui­ne warmth and col­la­bo­ra­tion she encoun­te­red. Her col­lea­gues and team gave her warm welco­mes, allowing an envi­ron­ment whe­re ideas were heard, and crea­ti­vi­ty flou­ris­hed.

Nada’s role was more than just a trai­nees­hip; it was a trans­for­ma­ti­ve expe­rience that left a posi­ti­ve impact:

“I loved eve­ry moment of it. I got the chance to learn and meet new people. I also gai­ned new friends. I tru­ly enjo­yed eve­ry day at Business­Oulu and Inter­na­tio­nal House Oulu, big thanks to my col­lea­gues as well for making it an enjo­y­able wor­king envi­ron­ment. Wor­king with them was like a brid­ge that con­nec­ted dif­fe­rent cul­tu­res and ideas.”

Out­si­de of work and stu­dies, Nada enjo­ys tra­ve­ling, sun­sets and mee­ting new people. As Nada con­ti­nues her aca­de­mic jour­ney and looks ahead to her futu­re, she car­ries with her the memo­ries and expe­riences at Business­Oulu and Inter­na­tio­nal House Oulu. It hel­ped her grow and learn about wor­king life and gai­ning new con­nec­tions.

With eve­ry step she takes, Nada shows how impor­tant it is to learn from others and explo­re the world with an open heart.
