The International Market Workshops

Workshop 2: Monday 15th April, 8.30am-10.30am | Startup Station @ BusinessAsema

Want to go international? We’re here to help!

During the first half of 2024, we will host a series of practical workshops at BusinessAsema to support local tech SMEs in successfully achieving their international expansion goals.

It’s an exciting part of the journey for any business to enter global markets. It’s also a process that brings its own unique challenges, particularly in an ever-changing economic landscape. We aim to enable companies to be fully equipped and prepared to not only benefit from potential market opportunities but also to navigate their way past the obstacles that might stand in their way.

Upcoming Workshop: 15/4/24 – Protecting Your Innovation

Our second workshop of the year is focused on patents/IPR and is for early-stage tech SMEs and startup teams that have an innovative idea that they think can succeed internationally.

Getting the right protection for your product or service is one of the most essential components that goes into effective expansion into global markets. In this workshop, participants will gain a broad overview of what’s required for successful patent/IPR development, how to incorporate this important process within your own strategies, and some of the common pitfalls to be avoided along the way.

We have an exciting main speaker lined up who will share plenty of practical information from their experience in both the legal profession and the ICT startup world. We will reveal all in mid-March so be sure to follow us on LinkedIn for updates!
