The company was founded in 1994, when the founder Jukka Kentt\u00e4l\u00e4 got an idea of a better financial management program while studying. Developing it theirselves, Kentt\u00e4l\u00e4 also got his first client. The company has grown organicly ever since with their own product, but software development subcontracting sky rocketed and the first employees were hired around millennium. Later came along their first own product, nowadays over 10 000 users covering project management software Reportronic, which creates stability and security for company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays Sebitti grows steadily with heir clients 10-20% a year and the need of recruiting good developers is constant. Examples of clients are Iloq and Feelment which have been collaborating with Sebitti for 20 years and the good companionship continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebitti does software development from UI\/UX- designing to Full Stack- software development and also software testing like automation testing and maintenance. We can do for example customized enterprise resource planning with mobile apps and their maintenance, example client being Peltec Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays there\u2019s a team of about 30 highly motivated, passionate people working in Sebitti. Most of them are software developers. Something about the flourishing of Sebitti\u2019s workers can be seen from a very little turnover of the staff. We have provided also opportunities of internships, which have led to lasting employment. For staff, Sebitti provides cozy, open and supportive community, where no-one is left alone. We have active interaction, like boardgame- and painting-soirees, team sporting and Stand up -nights. Development days are done together in here and abroad too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yritys sai alkunsa vuonna 1994, kun yrityksen perustaja Jukka Kentt\u00e4l\u00e4 sai opiskeluaikana idean paremmasta taloushallinto-ohjelmasta, jota h\u00e4n l\u00e4hti itse kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ja sit\u00e4 kautta h\u00e4n sai my\u00f6s ensimm\u00e4isen asiakkaansa. Yritys on kasvanut siit\u00e4 l\u00e4htien orgaanisesti oman tuotteen voimin, mutta ohjelmistoalihankintapuoli l\u00e4hti sen j\u00e4lkeen kasvamaan voimakkaasti ja yritykseen palkattiin ensimm\u00e4iset ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t vuosituhannen vaihteessa. Nykyisin Sebitti kasvaa tasaisesti asiakkaidensa mukana 10-20%:n vuosivauhtia ja hyvien ohjelmistokehitt\u00e4jien rekrytointi on jatkuvaa. Esimerkkej\u00e4 asiakkaista ovat mm. Iloq ja Feelment, jotka ovat olleet asiakkaana n. 20 vuotta ja ty\u00f6 jatkuu hyv\u00e4ss\u00e4 kumppanuudessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebitti tekee ohjelmistokehityst\u00e4 UI\/UX- suunnittelusta l\u00e4htien Full Stack- ohjelmistokehitykseen ja my\u00f6s ohjelmistojen testauksesta, kuten automaatiotestaus, yll\u00e4pitoon saakka. Voimme tehd\u00e4 esim. r\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00f6idyn toiminnanohjauksen mobiiliappeineen ja niiden yll\u00e4pitoon, esimerkkiasiakkaana Peltec Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nykyisin Sebitill\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelee n.30 hengen sitoutunut ja intohimoinen tiimi, joista p\u00e4\u00e4osa on ohjelmistokehitt\u00e4ji\u00e4. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden viihtyvyydest\u00e4 kertoo se, ett\u00e4 vaihtuvuus on v\u00e4h\u00e4ist\u00e4. Olemme tarjonneet my\u00f6s harjoittelupaikkoja, joista on muodostunut pysyv\u00e4 ty\u00f6suhde. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ille Sebitti tarjoaa mukavan, avoimen ja kannustavan yhteis\u00f6n, jossa kenenk\u00e4\u00e4n ei tarvitse olla yksin.
