Remember to photograph Toripolliisi, the statue guarding the entrance to Finland’s 2nd oldest indoor market. Go take in the sights of Oulu’s City Hall, which some have named Finland’s most beautiful building, close to which you can find the Procession of Time statue, which is an intriguing look a the history of the city’s history.
