Finnish technology company Proventia issued a press release last week that the company is partnering with UK-based Intelligent Energy to supply two bespoke test laboratories for high-power hydrogen fuel cell systems. These laboratories, located at Chelveston Renewable Energy Park in the UK, will support the development of fuel cell systems up to 325 kW. The facility will use green hydrogen and test fuel cells for various applications, including cars, buses, trucks, stationary power, eVTOL, and passenger aircraft. The installation is expected to be completed by early 2025, enabling testing of systems up to 1.3 MW. Proventia’s expertise in modular solutions and hydrogen systems was a key factor in their selection for this project.
