The Oulu Cham­ber of Com­merce: Com­pa­ny-spe­cif­ic train­ing for inter­na­tion­al­is­ing the work­place 

This free, hands-on train­ing equips par­tic­i­pants with the skills need­ed to thrive in an inter­na­tion­al work­place. Top­ics include smooth mul­ti­lin­gual com­mu­ni­ca­tion, suc­cess­ful col­lab­o­ra­tion, and inclu­sive lead­er­ship prac­tices. The train­ing is part of the Tal­ent­Trek­Fin­land project.

The Oulu Cham­ber of Com­merce: An edu­ca­tion­al insti­tu­tion audit sup­ports trans­for­ma­tion and devel­op­ment 

This audit helps your com­pa­ny iden­ti­fy its strengths and areas for devel­op­ment in attract­ing and inte­grat­ing inter­na­tion­al tal­ent, while cre­at­ing a sound foun­da­tion for a thriv­ing and diverse work­place. The audit is part of the Tal­ent­Trek­Fin­land project.

Super­po­si­tion – A cam­paign to attract tal­ent 

“Find Your Super­po­si­tion” is a cam­paign Work in Fin­land is run­ning until the end of 2026 to attract top tal­ent and research sci­en­tists. The aim of the cam­paign is to find inter­na­tion­al tal­ent whose exper­tise meet the spe­cif­ic demands of com­pa­nies, research insti­tu­tions and uni­ver­si­ties. The sec­tors that the cam­paign is focused on include Health tech and Deep tech.  

Euro­pean Job Days

Euro­pean Job Days com­prise vir­tu­al recruit­ment events that bring job seek­ers and employ­ers togeth­er. These are free events for employ­ers to get in con­tact with a huge num­ber of Euro­pean job seek­ers that are inter­est­ed in work­ing in Fin­land.​

A cam­paign called “100 com­pa­nies x 100 inter­na­tion­al experts” was estab­lished as a result of the ini­tia­tive that was tak­en by the Oulu High-Growth Com­pa­ny group. The pur­pose of the cam­paign for the year 2026 is to bring for­ward enter­pris­es that have employed inter­na­tion­al experts or stu­dents; equal­ly, the aim is to encour­age enter­pris­es to con­tribute to mak­ing cor­po­rate cul­ture more diverse and inter­na­tion­al.
