A spe­cial ses­sion by Start­up Refugees titled as “Work­ing Life in Fin­land: Job Search, Cul­ture & Net­work­ing”. Start­up Refugees has sup­port­ed thou­sands of new­com­ers in nav­i­gat­ing job search­es in Fin­land. This ses­sion focus­es on effec­tive strate­gies for find­ing employ­ment, along with prac­ti­cal tips for pro­fes­sion­al net­work­ing and under­stand­ing key aspects of Finnish work cul­ture. You’ll gain tools to enhance your job search and learn how pro­fes­sion­al net­work­ing plays a cru­cial role in suc­ceed­ing with­in the Finnish job mar­ket.
