Light up your Novem­ber with Board Games & Net­work­ing

Novem­ber is get­ting brighter. Join us for a cosy evening of games, activ­i­ties and new con­nec­tions on 19 Novem­ber, the open­ing day of the Lumo Light Fes­ti­val.

Novem­ber is here, and the hol­i­day sea­son is just around the cor­ner. You can already feel it at our pop­u­lar month­ly Board Games and Net­work­ing Night. But don’t wor­ry, we are sav­ing the actu­al Christ­mas cel­e­bra­tions for our Decem­ber game night, while get­ting into the fes­tive spir­it in oth­er ways this Novem­ber.

The next Inter­na­tion­al House Oulu Board Games and Net­work­ing Night takes place on Thurs­day, 19 Novem­ber – per­fect­ly timed with the open­ing day of the Lumo Light Fes­ti­val.

Come by before your Lumo tour, stop in after­wards, warm up with us along the way, or sim­ply join us for games and a fun evening togeth­er.

This time, the full three hours are ded­i­cat­ed to games, activ­i­ties and meet­ing new peo­ple. No speech­es, no pre­sen­ta­tions, just a relaxed Thurs­day evening in good com­pa­ny.

• Board games and net­work­ing
• Vil­la Victor’s Knit­ting Club, with a chance to knit using reflec­tive yarn
• A puz­zle speed chal­lenge where you can aim for a record time and win prizes
• A big com­mu­ni­ty puz­zle that we’ll con­tin­ue work­ing on at future game nights
• Finnish-lan­guage Alias host­ed by our coor­di­na­tor Riku­pekka Leinonen
• Warm drinks and some snacks.
