Working in Finland Info Session
You are invited to an informative session on working in Finland.
Would you ‑or someone you know– like to learn more about Finnish labor practices and ask questions about employees’ rights and responsibilities?
At the end of April, you’ll have a great opportunity to do that. Specialist Ahmed Mesaedy from the Finnish Refugee Council’s Fair Labor activity will lead the sessions and answer your questions.
What will be covered during the event:
- What are the rights and responsibilities of an employee?
- Why is an employment contract important, and what should you check in?
- How can you identify workplace abuse?
- Where can you get help if you experience problems with your employer?
Where? Technopolis Ydinkeskusta, Sepänkatu 20
When? Wednesday, 29 April
- 10:30- 11:30 (in Simple Finnish)
- 12:30- 13:30 (in English)
