Are you new in Oulu or plan­ning to move here? Inter­na­tion­al House Oulu’s Wel­come Office is here to sup­port you and make your life smoother in a new city.

Think­ing about relo­cat­ing to Oulu?

The Wel­come Office pro­vides infor­ma­tion and guid­ance for future res­i­dents who are prepar­ing to move to Oulu. You can get help via email or online through Microsoft Teams.

You can book a time that suits you using our appoint­ment sys­tem. The ser­vice is tai­lored to your needs – whether it’s about study­ing, work­ing, or liv­ing in Oulu.

The ser­vice is free of charge and for inter­na­tion­al peo­ple mov­ing to Oulu from abroad or oth­er parts of Fin­land.

Already made the move to Oulu?

If you already live in Oulu, you are wel­come to vis­it and meet us in per­son at our Wel­come Office.

Our office is locat­ed at Busi­nes­sAs­e­ma (Uusikatu 52, Oulu), and you can book a per­son­al appoint­ment:

• Tues­days from 9:00 to 11:30
• Fri­days from 12:00 to 15:00

Dur­ing the meet­ing, we will dis­cuss your sit­u­a­tion and help you find the right ser­vices. Our goal is to make your first steps in Oulu eas­i­er.
