We are excited to welcome Tapani Lähdesmäki, who is joining BusinessOulu as project manager in the Finnish Chips Competence Centre (FiCCC) project.
Tapani will lead the Business & Ecosystem Support work package within the FiCCC porject. He brings a wealth of experience in leading hardware and software development projects across domestic and international environments, from consumer electronics and automotive systems to wearable technology. His background covers the full project lifecycle, subcontractor management, and close collaboration with customers.
In addition to project leadership, he has also managed electronics, microelectronics, and embedded software engineering teams, combining strong technical expertise with people development.His experience further extends to managing production operations abroad and working with global partners.
We are looking forward to working together with Tapani in the FiCCC project!
