The City of Oulu (the “organ­is­er”) runs a prize draw from the 4th of May 2026 onwards.

Gen­er­al

The com­pe­ti­tion is organ­ised by the City of Oulu, vis­it­ing address: Oulu10, Torikatu 10 (Busi­ness ID: 0187690–1).

The com­pe­ti­tion takes place 4–31 May 2026.

By tak­ing part, you accept these rules. Par­tic­i­pants agree that the organ­is­er may pub­lish the win­ners’ names and pho­tos on the organ­is­er’s web­site and/or social media chan­nels with­out sep­a­rate con­sent, notice or com­pen­sa­tion.

The organ­is­er reserves the right to make changes dur­ing the cam­paign.

Eli­gi­bil­i­ty

The prize draw is open to all per­sons resid­ing in Fin­land, exclud­ing those who have par­tic­i­pat­ed in the plan­ning, prepa­ra­tion, or exe­cu­tion of the draw. If there is rea­son to sus­pect that an entrant has act­ed fraud­u­lent­ly or par­tic­i­pat­ed in breach of these rules, the organ­is­er of the draw reserves the right to reject the entry.

Com­pe­ti­tion peri­od

From 4 May 2026 at 01:00 to 1 June 2026 at 00:00.

Entries out­side this peri­od are not pos­si­ble.

Selec­tion of win­ners

The prize draw will take place on 1 June 2026. We will con­tact the win­ners per­son­al­ly. If we are unable to reach a win­ner by 5 June 2026, the organ­is­er reserves the right to select a new win­ner.

Prizes

The prizes in the draw are spec­i­fied in these rules. The prize can­not be exchanged for cash or for anoth­er prod­uct or event.

Among those who have pro­vid­ed their con­tact details, 9 prizes will be drawn, each of which may be one of the fol­low­ing:

• 2 two-day tick­ets to the Qstock fes­ti­val (total val­ue approx. €348)
• 2 tick­ets to the Oulu Muse­um of Art (total val­ue approx. €24)
• 2 tick­ets to the Fotografiska Tallinn x Oulu2026: PLAY exhi­bi­tion (total val­ue approx. €34)
• 2 tick­ets to the Oulu Sauna Fes­ti­val
• 2 tick­ets to the Kierik­ki Cen­tre (total val­ue approx. €24)
• 2 tick­ets to the Far­avid’s Land per­for­mance (total val­ue approx. €96)
• 2 tick­ets to the Elo­jazz fes­ti­val (total val­ue approx. €80)
• 2 tick­ets to the Cir­cus Fes­ti­val Ou event (total val­ue approx. €50)
• 2 tick­ets to the Bang Bang Riv­iera! event (total val­ue approx. €56)

Prize tick­ets are valid only for spe­cif­ic per­for­mance dates as indi­cat­ed. Tick­ets can­not be exchanged for oth­er dates, events, or cash.

Pro­cess­ing of per­son­al data

The organ­is­er of the draw process­es the per­son­al data of entrants for the pur­pose of admin­is­ter­ing the draw and deliv­er­ing the prize. The data may also be used for the imple­men­ta­tion and sta­tis­ti­cal analy­sis of the City of Oulu’s mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties, pro­vid­ed that the entrant has giv­en their con­sent. The data will not be dis­closed out­side the City of Oulu or its munic­i­pal enter­pris­es. Fur­ther infor­ma­tion on data pro­tec­tion is avail­able in ouka.fi (opens in a new tab).

Organ­is­er’s lia­bil­i­ty

The organ­is­er is not respon­si­ble for:

• updat­ing or con­nec­tion issues caused by tech­ni­cal rea­sons,
• pos­si­ble print­ing, spelling or tech­ni­cal errors in the com­pe­ti­tion mate­ri­als,
• ser­vices or prod­ucts offered by third par­ties that are con­nect­ed to the prizes.

Par­tic­i­pants release the organ­is­er and its part­ners from lia­bil­i­ty for any dam­age caused by, or claimed to have been caused by, par­tic­i­pa­tion in this com­pe­ti­tion.

Changes to the rules and sus­pen­sion of the prize draw

The organ­is­er reserves the right to change the rules or sus­pend the prize draw for a jus­ti­fied rea­son (for exam­ple a tech­ni­cal prob­lem, mis­use or an unex­pect­ed obsta­cle), pro­vid­ed that the change does not mate­ri­al­ly weak­en the posi­tion of par­tic­i­pants.

Sig­nif­i­cant changes will be announced on the cam­paign page.
