The Mega­Match­mak­ing event at Tullisali in Oulu on Wednes­day, Sep­tem­ber 25th, from 9 AM to 3 PM offers inspir­ing speech­es, hun­dreds of job offers, and diverse net­work­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties. Whether you are at the begin­ning of your career, a stu­dent, or an expe­ri­enced pro­fes­sion­al, this is an event you don’t want to miss!

Why should you par­tic­i­pate?

Mega­Match­mak­ing is one of Fin­land’s largest recruit­ment events, offer­ing some­thing for every­one.

• Job vacan­cies are avail­able in almost all sec­tors, includ­ing indus­try, restau­rant, finance, logis­tics, health, ICT, and many oth­ers. Posi­tions include e.g. bus dri­vers, engi­neers, restau­rant work­ers, nurs­es, sales­peo­ple, installers, and soft­ware engi­neers. The event also fea­tures oppor­tu­ni­ties for jobs where Finnish lan­guage skills are not required. You can explore com­pa­nies and some job oppor­tu­ni­ties in advance on the event web­site.
• The event will include inspir­ing speech­es on job search­ing, the labor mar­ket sit­u­a­tion, and work cul­ture. The pro­gram is avail­able in both Finnish and Eng­lish. Feel free to stop by for a short vis­it or enjoy the entire day.
• CV Pho­tog­ra­phy: Update your job appli­ca­tion doc­u­ments with a pro­fes­sion­al CV pho­to tak­en at the event for free.
• Career Café: Relax with a cup of cof­fee and dis­cuss career choic­es, career plan­ning, work­ing abroad, or entre­pre­neur­ship with an expert.
• You will have the chance to meet and chat with 40 work­ing life and edu­ca­tion pro­fes­sion­als at their stands.

The main speak­er, Anna Per­ho, a coach and jour­nal­ist, will share her thoughts on career courage and offer tips for find­ing a great job.

• 12:15–12:45: Humane Job Search 2024: No One Is Per­fect – Har­ness Your Full Poten­tial as a Job­seek­er! – Anna-Mai­ja Västilä (Notarec). In Finnish.
• 13:00–13:45: Super­job – What Will You Be Next? – Anna Per­ho. In Finnish.

Arrival

A free shut­tle bus will run from the city cen­ter of Oulu to the event. The bus oper­ates on the route Torinranta–Tullisali–Torinranta from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The start­ing point in Tor­in­ran­ta is on Kaar­len­väylä.

Addi­tion­al­ly, Tullisali Hall is eas­i­ly acces­si­ble on foot, by pub­lic trans­port, or by car. Free park­ing is avail­able in front of Tullisali.
