The most inspir­ing recruit­ment event in the uni­verse. One of Fin­land’s largest recruit­ment events.

Mega­Match­mak­ing once again con­nects employ­ers and job seek­ers from Oulu. Last year, 3,000 job seek­ers par­tic­i­pat­ed in the Mega­Match­mak­ing recruit­ment event, many of whom were inter­na­tion­al tal­ents.

Mega­Match­mak­ing will be held at Tullisali in Oulu (Tyrnävän­tie 16) on Wednes­day 25 Sep­tem­ber from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is a free bus ser­vice from the cen­tre of Oulu to the event. A non-stop bus ser­vice will run from Oulu’s city cen­ter, con­nect­ing Tor­in­ran­ta ja Tullisali from 8.45 AM to 3.15 PM. The depar­ture point in Tor­in­ran­ta is Kaar­len­väylä.

Event offers CV pho­tog­ra­phy, a career cafe and inspir­ing speech­es. Anna Per­ho will be the main speak­er of the event.

It is a free event for every­one

We offer stand places:
1. for com­pa­nies with recruit­ment needs
2. for part­ners who offer ser­vices sup­port­ing job search and skills devel­op­ment.

There are a lim­it­ed num­ber of exhi­bi­tion booths and they fill up quick­ly, so please book your place as soon as pos­si­ble. The event orga­niz­er has the right to accept or reject reg­is­tra­tion as an exhibitor at its own dis­cre­tion.

Career café – Have a cup of cof­fee while talk­ing to employ­ment and edu­ca­tion experts who can give you the best ideas for seek­ing jobs and edu­cat­ing your­self fur­ther, as well as offer feed­back on your CV.

CV pho­to shoot – We also have a CV pho­to booth where job seek­ers can have a pro­fes­sion­al pho­tog­ra­ph­er take their CV pho­to for free. The num­ber of par­tic­i­pants is lim­it­ed.

Employ­er

Come and find new experts. Net­work with oth­er employ­ers and pro­fes­sion­als and learn about the inter­est­ing pro­gram.

It is a free event for every­one, where you can reserve a free stand for your com­pa­ny. There are a lim­it­ed num­ber of exhi­bi­tion booths which fill up quick­ly, so please book your place as soon as pos­si­ble.
