TalentTrekFinland – International talent into working life
The objective of the TalentTrekFinland project is to promote the integration of international professionals and students into the Finnish labor market. The project supports labor availability and helps address labor market mismatch challenges. In the long term, the project strengthens the competitiveness and growth of Finland’s business sector.
The main target groups of the project include international students in Finland, international professionals with a degree who are not currently employed, employed international professionals, as well as companies and other employers. In addition, the project involves close cooperation with various stakeholders.
As a result of the project, new solutions, operating models, and expertise will be developed to support the employment of international students and professionals, and to enhance the receptiveness and retention capacity of working life. Cooperation between employers, education providers, and other stakeholders will also be strengthened.
The project is co-funded by the European Union.
