OIA com­mu­nica­tions ope­ra­te in two direc­tions: from out­si­de in to alliance sta­ke­hol­ders as well as from insi­de out, con­veying the work and results of the alliance to exter­nal bodies. Com­mu­nica­tion chan­nels of the part­ner network are uti­li­sed in the com­mu­nica­tions.

Forecas­ting talent needs

Forecas­ting the talent needs of sta­ke­hol­der com­pa­nies is an inte­gral task in the alliance. Shor­ta­ge of talents is pre­sent eve­ryw­he­re. OIA moni­tors short- and long-term talent needs of com­pa­nies whi­le loo­king for educa­tio­nal oppor­tu­ni­ties as well. Anot­her stra­te­gy is preci­sion trai­ning of avai­lable work­force for com­pa­ny needs. OIA also orga­ni­ses joint forums for emplo­yers and educa­tio­nal ins­ti­tu­tions for car­rying out impor­tant dia­lo­gue.
