Ben Tardif’s Jour­ney with Kär­pät and New Life in Oulu – “A Safe and Con­ve­nient City”

Ben Tardif and his wife moved to Oulu last sum­mer, and their first impres­sion was fan­tas­tic. The end­less day­light was a pleas­ant sur­prise, and they enjoyed explor­ing the city with­out the sun set­ting too ear­ly.

Oulu may not be a big city, but it has every­thing you need with­in walk­ing dis­tance, Ben says.

“One of the best things about liv­ing in Oulu is the safe­ty. I can walk every­where at any time of the day. Oulu has been great to my fam­i­ly, and I high­ly rec­om­mend it to any­one con­sid­er­ing mov­ing to Oulu.”
