Inte­grat­ing Inter­na­tion­al Tal­ent into Your Team

Are you ready to wel­come new inter­na­tion­al tal­ent to your team? Look­ing to attract and retain team-mem­bers from cul­tur­al­ly diverse back­grounds? Want to help glob­al tal­ent inte­grate into your team and cre­ate a more inclu­sive work­place able to tru­ly ben­e­fit from diver­si­ty?

This, often chal­leng­ing, area will be addressed with prac­ti­cal tools and strate­gies in a com­pli­men­ta­ry train­ing ses­sion held on 25.5.2023. Par­tic­i­pat­ing lead­ers, senior exec­u­tives and HR pro­fes­sion­als will gain aware­ness of the dynam­ics of inter­cul­tur­al tran­si­tions, under­stand the stages of cul­tur­al adjust­ment and enhance their abil­i­ty to help glob­al tal­ent inte­grate into a Finnish work­ing envi­ron­ment.

You will explore com­mon chal­lenges inter­na­tion­al tal­ent face when adjust­ing to live and work in Fin­land through real-life exam­ples while reflect­ing on your own team’s diver­si­ty and inclu­sion prac­tices. After this train­ing you will be able to assess your team’s readi­ness to imple­ment suc­cess prin­ci­ples of cul­tur­al­ly diverse teams and gain prac­ti­cal insights to fur­ther strength­en the inte­gra­tion of glob­al tal­ent with­in your own orga­ni­za­tion.
