AITO — Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a force for change in working life and skills

The project develops AI-related training packages and organizes AI training for teaching staff, students, and companies. Sector-specific training and training packages are being developed for the ICT, media, construction, and mechanical engineering fields.

As a result of the project, educational institutions will be better able to meet the skill requirements arising from AI in the labor market and business sectors. This will result in a more skilled workforce.

In the long term, the professional utilization of AI will increase productivity, promote innovation, assist in decision-making, and improve the quality of services. This way, resources can be allocated to value-added business activities, enhancing the competitiveness of Northern Ostrobothnia and Finland in the future.

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
