Urban devel­op­ment strate­gies and dig­i­tal­iza­tion

The Dig­i­tal Tran­si­tion Plan will pro­vide bet­ter pub­lic ser­vices, sup­port cities’ abil­i­ty to use dig­i­tal­iza­tion and cre­ate oppor­tu­ni­ties for new inno­va­tions and busi­ness that Europe needs in order to find its place on the glob­al mar­ket. The plan is part of the imple­men­ta­tion of Urban Agen­da for EU, which is based on the Pact of Ams­ter­dam of May 2016. The plan is linked to a num­ber of strate­gic projects at EU lev­el.
