OIA Busi­ness Clus­ter devel­op­ment

The project aims at solv­ing chal­lenges in the con­struc­tion and oper­a­tion of com­pa­ny clus­ters involved in the Oulu Inno­va­tion Alliance. The goal is to increase the impact of actions and the vis­i­bil­i­ty of clus­ter oper­a­tions. An eval­u­a­tion of the clus­ters will be car­ried out as a basis for choos­ing and launch­ing suit­able devel­op­ment actions. Ser­vices of con­tin­u­ous learn­ing will be applied to the chal­lenges of the clus­ters. Inno­va­tion ser­vices for the clus­ters will also be improved.
