Print­o­Cent

Found­ed in 2008 by VTT, The Uni­ver­si­ty of Oulu, Oulu Uni­ver­si­ty of Applied Sci­ences, and Oulu Inno­va­tion Oy, Print­o­Cent is an inno­va­tion cen­tre for print­ed elec­tron­ics and opti­cal mea­sur­ing sys­tems. At its core, there is a clus­ter of some 40 com­pa­nies, pilot­ing and man­u­fac­tur­ing envi­ron­ment as well as joint devel­op­ment projects. Print­o­Cent is coor­di­nat­ed by VTT. The start-up com­pa­nies in the clus­ter have received more than € 40 mil­lion in fund­ing and their busi­ness is rapid­ly expand­ing in an inter­na­tion­al net­work.
