Report­ing of Envi­ron­men­tal Pro­gramme

Oulun Digi gave Oulu Region­al Envi­ron­men­tal Office a pre­sen­ta­tion on the usabil­i­ty of Power­BI pro­gramme for report­ing. The pos­si­bil­i­ties of nov­el report­ing approach sparked an idea of a pub­lic report aimed for local res­i­dents.

Urban and Envi­ron­men­tal Ser­vices ordered a Power­BI Report about the mon­i­tor­ing of the imple­men­ta­tion of the City of Oulu envi­ron­men­tal pro­gramme. The report was drawn up in close coop­er­a­tion between Oulu Region­al Envi­ron­men­tal Office and Oulu Digi experts. The com­plet­ed report was pub­lished online in sum­mer 2020 on the City of Oulu pub­lic Inter­net web­site.  The Envi­ron­men­tal Report is freely acces­si­ble at https://www.ouka.fi/ymparisto-ja-luonto/ymparistoohjelmanseuranta

The report dis­clos­es the focus areas of urban strat­e­gy and their guide­lines, which work as the basis for the City of Oulu Envi­ron­men­tal Pro­gramme. The report, in this form, is the very first of its kind of the mon­i­tor­ing of an envi­ron­men­tal pro­gramme. In future, the report will be updat­ed every year.
