OIA Busi­ness Clus­ter deve­lop­ment

The pro­ject aims at sol­ving chal­len­ges in the con­struc­tion and ope­ra­tion of com­pa­ny clus­ters invol­ved in the Oulu Inno­va­tion Alliance. The goal is to inc­rea­se the impact of actions and the visi­bi­li­ty of clus­ter ope­ra­tions. An eva­lua­tion of the clus­ters will be car­ried out as a basis for choo­sing and launc­hing sui­table deve­lop­ment actions. Ser­vices of con­ti­nuo­us lear­ning will be applied to the chal­len­ges of the clus­ters. Inno­va­tion ser­vices for the clus­ters will also be impro­ved.
